The California Energy Commission is currently auditing claims processed by the private rebate processing vendor to ensure accuracy and quality. Only complete and accurate applications will be awarded a rebate.

If after using the above system to check on the status of your rebate, you still need to speak to a representative, please call toll-free 1-888-390-4034.

The rebate application processing center hot line is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PDT, Monday thru Friday, and automated information is available 24/7.

If your check has been lost or stolen, please contact the rebate program at rebates @ energy.state.ca.us . Please list your name, address, and any information regarding the appliance type rebated.
